In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

answer telephone calls and forward them to the correct person in a professional manner at all times.

take messages and distribute them to staff in a timely and efficient manner.

deal with enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.

order stationery and office supplies (including monitoring stock levels regularly).

organise the reception, printer and waiting areas daily.

coordinating large-scale email and phone communications.

graciously greeting clients / candidates and building strong relationships with suppliers.

providing comprehensive administrative support for our team of award-winning consultants.

upholding the impeccable appearance of our Southport HQ.

organising client and candidate conferences and proficiently handling multiple calendars.

carefully updating client and candidate databases.

handling mail communications.

maintaining and updating our database, Vincere with precision and care.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

proficiency in technology, particularly macOS, G-suite, and MS Office.
