Administration Assistant/Corporate Receptionist Job in Adelaide Region SA at people2people –
This will be a dynamic, active, and varied position dealing with both clients and people at all levels within the firm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing busy Reception area.
Administrative support to teams as required
Mail – sorting and distributing incoming & outgoing mail and internal mail rounds
Ordering stationery and staff kitchen supplies
Photocopying, scanning and other tasks, such as binding and collating documents
Outside clerk rounds
Building management liaison – including maintenance requests and general facilities management tasks
Meeting room & event set up
Assisting the information technology support team with IT hardware set up and maintenance
To Be Successful:
Previous experience within an administration or reception role
Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment
Enthusiastic and energetic approach to administration
