You will manage the Imex approval process. Ensure compliance of the Site controls.
- Process all Imex deliveries.
- Recon all Imex deliveries.
- Handle All Imex delivery Queries.
- Process Purchase Orders
- Process Receipt’s of the site Purchase orders
- Prepare Customer Deals from site
- Prepare contract registers ( Offal Customer’s example)
- Open Vendor Application’s from Site
- Open Customer accounts from Site
- Query resolution
- Issue and prepare Staff hampers
- Stationary Issues and management of the Stationary Store.
- Stock Count assistance
- Stock Count Capturing
- Ensure Stock Count compliance
- General Admin duties
- Ensure compliance to SOP’s
- Assist with Saco (payroll system) reports and submission’s.
- Assist Cost Accountant with Site controls and Recons.
- Approve and recon within the Nominated Delivery days.
- Achievement of no error’s on the Imex control’s and site control’s
- % of accomplishment of Personal Development Plan Goals/objectives and Individual Performance Appraisals
- Achievement of all submissions on/before set deadlines
- Achievement of satisfied customers by ensuring excellent service
- Avoid/limit audit findings

Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Admin and FMCG environment
