The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

To provide administrative support to the General Manager – Processing.

Arrange and assist with management meetings.

Keeping and distributing of meeting minutes.

Manage of RTP’s and invoices for Processing.

Accurate capturing and distribution of daily Processing reports and weekly summaries.

Processing of Production and Financial data into meaningful reports and graphs.

Typing of all memorandums for the site.

Management of financial weekly forecast for the department and report on expenditure.

Assisting with month-end figures.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent.

A Tertiary Qualification will be an added advantage.

At least 2-3 years relevant administrative experience in a continuous operation production environment.

The ability to pay attention to detail and Accuracy – high work ethic.

Have excellent administration & time management skills.

Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer knowledge is essential with experience in Word, Excel & Power Point.

Knowledge of LN & 20 keys will be an advantage.
