Full Job Description

Summary:Assists with the day to day office administration

Key Responsibilities:

Order Taking Enter orders into Command Dispatch System

Receives, sorts and interprets documents and data for entry into system (Good Receipts and Delivery Tickets)

Prepares COD’s for deposit and balances COD report

Communicates with customers invoice questions, provides copies of invoices or tickets, credit applications

Point of Reference for payroll enter vacations, edit timesheets

Enters repair order queries, indirect labor hours report, packing slips and mechanic hours into Maintenance System

Creates reports and letters as directed

Answers telephone calls for Manager, as required

Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience:Secondary education in Business Administration preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Problem solving and decision making skills. Fundamental knowledge of computer software (Windows, Word, Excel).
