Premises Properties is hiring an Admin/Accounting Assistant!!

This position include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable processing, invoicing, processing checks, bank deposits, monitoring cash flow, monthly reconciliation. Other duties include but are not limited to: Provide administrative support to management, preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis and year end reporting. Assisting Property Manager with tenant and vendor relations and year end reporting.

Qualifications:

High degree of accuracy
Ability to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to handle additional responsibilities
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
2 years Accounting/Bookkeeping experience preferred

Software Requirements:

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and experience with accounting software program, SAGE preferred (Timberline, Timberscan)
