// Preparation of various reports, status monitoring
// Coordinating the monthly dunning run
// Coordinating and dealing with all legal cases, ongoing monitoring of processing statuses
// Claim registration and the processing of insolvency cases
// Processing of incoming mails, scanning and filing in files
// Correspondence with customers and partners on the phone and via email
// Processing of diversified customer-specific inquiries
// Administrative activities in day-to-day business, database maintenance
// Liaise with other teams to resolve customer problems
// Manage and handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects
Your foundation
// Completed general higher education
// Work experience in a similar administrative position, experience in the financial sector from advantage
// Service orientation, excellent communication and negotiating skills
// Exact and structured way of working, accountability and the ability to learn
// Motivated team player with positive mindset, open-minded and pleasant to work with
// Down-to-earth personality, ready to go the extra mile
// Experienced handling of MS Office, strong IT affinity
// Native in Slovene, good English skills, Croatian language skills are beneficial
