We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for, answering phones, helping with clients, filing paperwork, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented and can provide exceptional customer service. We are really looking for a positive, go getter attitude. Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
*Occasional Saturdays/Overtime may be needed during Tax Season*
(TAX EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFFERED)
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain accurate records of customer information.
Perform data entry tasks as needed.
Provide general administrative support to staff.
Qualifications:
Administrative/Receptionist Experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Experience with calendar management and executive administrative support
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities and customer service inquiries
Tax Experience is a plus

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
