Professional Level 7/8 Salary – $89,845 – $98,622 pa

Plus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leave

Oversee the delivery and supervision of quality operational and administrative support services within the Faculty of Health

About the Position

As Administration Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and managing an administrative team in order to deliver quality operational and administrative support services and advice, including working closely with the Faculty Manager and Pro Vice-Chancellor. In this role, you will be required to exercise sound judgement, contribute to strategic and operational planning, and operate with a high level of delegated responsibility.

Responsibilities will include the coordination of Faculty administrative support services, team supervision and leadership, management of operational budgets and finance, asset and equipment management, faculty events, faculty communications, travel, field and remote work policy and procedures, Work Health and Safety (WHS) and development of operational processes.

About You

To be successful, you will require:
A degree with subsequent relevant experience or a combination of extensive experience and education/training in Business Administration, Finance or Management

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and a high degree of attention to detail, with a proven ability to use initiative, investigate issues, collect and analyse data and to make recommendations on solutions

Demonstrated leadership skills in enabling high performing service delivery teams

Demonstrated client-focused ability and high-level communication skills with experience producing various reports

Highly developed computer skills, including proficiency using the MS Office suite, including advanced Excel skills

Strong organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands without compromising standards of service or quality

Demonstrable ability to conduct effective administration duties to a high level of competence, with attention to detail, and where appropriate maintain confidentiality

Remuneration

Appointment to this role will be at Professional Level 7/8. The base salary will be in the range $89,845 – $98,622 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $105,118 – $115,387 per annum including 17% superannuation.
