We are looking for an organised and reliable Administration Officer to join our team. This is an office-based role where you will play a crucial role in assisting our financial advisers in serving our clients. About the role
This position will provide day-to-day administrative support to our advisers and client service team. Duties may include:
- Preparing and maintaining client files and records
- Assisting with client paperwork, forms and applications
- Liaising with clients, product providers and other professionals
- Booking appointments and managing adviser workflow
- Following up outstanding information and documentation
- Assisting with implementation of financial advice
- General office administration and support tasks
- Helping ensure client records and processes are accurate and up to date
About you
The successful candidate will be professional, friendly and willing to learn. You will ideally have:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using computers and office systems
