About The Role

We?re looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our close?knit team of four in our Darwin branch.

This role is perfect for someone seeking variety in their day-to-day work, with the chance to broaden their skills across sales and contracts administration in the hire and modular construction industry.

Working closely with the Branch Manager, you?ll provide comprehensive administrative support across sales, hires, yard operations, and corporate functions to help ensure smooth branch operations.

Key Duties Will Include

  • Processing invoices, purchase orders and completing account reconciliations
  • Preparing quotes, reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ordering, managing and maintaining office supplies
  • Performing accurate data entry, overseeing compliance requirements, and maintaining organised filing systems
  • Responding promptly to phone, email and in?person enquiries from employees, clients and subcontractors
  • Assisting with stocktake activities in the hire yard as required
  • Providing general administrative and reception support as needed

About You

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative position
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to support changing business needs
  • A strong willingness to learn and contribute across all branch activities
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system (desirable)
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Must hold permanent Australian work rights
