Your New Company

This State Government Department is responsible for caring for vulnerable communities across South Australia to provide them with a safe and healthy life. The department is looking for a Senior Administration Officer based between an inner-Eastern and Western suburb of Adelaide.

Your new role

You will report to the Business Coordinator in providing a range of high quality administrative and project support functions to staff. You will deliver a range of effective administrative services to local teams including fleet, facility and asset management support, supporting key HR processes, reconciling and reviewing purchasing information, information and records management, bookings and event support. You will maintain accurate data entry and reporting of data and information, and provide project support services to senior staff.

Proven all-round administrative experience

The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Problem-solving and initiative

Resilience and adaptability

Please note: you will be required to obtain a National Police Clearance Check and a Working with Children Check in order to be considered for this role.

Please note: this is a full-time position, however part-time applications at 0.8 FTE can be considered.
