Brief Description
The weighbridge administrator will be the primary controller of the weighbridge, maintaining the software, adding and removing clients, vehicles and products as required. They will input manual tickets, correct errors and work with the administrators at other sites to facilitate product transfers.
They will work closely with the loader operator to coordinate traffic movements onto, out of and within the site.
The administrator will communicate with customers and suppliers, issuing reports to comply with contractual requirements.
They will be responsible for maintaining our digital archive, which includes digitising existing paper documents, as well as inputting data into our operational reporting systems.
It is expected that they will maintain and safe and clean workspace, abiding by workplace health and safety.
They are essential support for the site management team and will be required to support them in tasks as directed.
Requirements
Certificate III in business preferred, but not required.
No weighbridge experience necessary.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, OneDrive and Outlook)
Organised and able to meet deadlines
Independent and able to work without direction
Comfortable working in temporary office buildings
Exceptional communication skills
