is a well-known Australian Motorcycle Accessories retailer open 7 days a week with 35+ store locations nationally and online. We form part of the 2 Wheel Division within GPC Asia Pacific group of Companies.
About The Role
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a motivated Administration Assistant to join our team in Northgate, Brisbane. The primary responsibility is to support the store network along with assisting the Retail Operations Manager.
Duties Include, But Not Limited To
Administrative duties
Invoice entry & automation
Credits reporting & reconciling with suppliers and store network
Parts creation
Stationary orders & approvals
Uniforms allocation / ordering
Operations reporting and assistance driving improved compliance levels
Providing administration support where needed
What We Are Looking For
Friendly and personable manner
Intermediate computer skills, including EXCEL, Word, Outlook
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong attention to detail and copywriting skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
