What You'll Be Doing
As an Administration Officer Level 3, you will provide expert frontline reception and administrative support to ensure efficient patient access, clinic scheduling and service delivery across Oral Health Services.
- Manage patient registrations, appointments, referrals, waitlists and dental records
- Coordinate patient flow from arrival through to discharge or transfer
- Complete billing processes including Medicare imaging and CDBS claims
- Maintain accurate patient information and data within electronic medical records systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service while handling confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy

How To Apply

- Qualifications in Health Administration and / or proven experience in providing high level administrative support for a complex clinical/corporate service.
- Demonstrated experience of strong computer/data entry skills, specifically with electronic systems helping to schedule appointments, which includes rebooking, confirming, and rescheduling.
- Advanced communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Proven capacity to self-organise and prioritise tasks to consistently meet deadlines with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity, and confidentiality, and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and/or urgency.
- Proven commitment to the provision of quality customer service.
