About The RoleThe successful candidate, role within the team will be to support the clinical staff with data entry, updating client information within CHIME and other data programs. Ordering, 16a requests, answering phone and taking messages. Sending emails, replying to emails, supporting service manager. You will be supported by you Service Manager, colleagues and Senior Administrative Staff.

Where you’ll be workingThe successful candidate will be working with both Diversion Teams Drug Court and MERIT to provide administrative support based in Newcastle Community Health 670 Hunter Street Newcastle. The Teams are made up of multi-disciplinary clinicians, RN’s Phycologists, Social Workers, Counsellors, and CNC. The Teams pride them self on being and providing a friendly and supportive work environment.

Additional Information

An eligibility list will be created for future temporary full or part time vacancies.

This position is full time; however, part time arrangements will be considered for a minimum of 4 days a week.

To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia. Employment of a temporary visa holder will only be offered in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.
