Position Overview
As an Administration Officer at DCH Marine, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our dealership business across the Marine & Yacht Division in Australia. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including office management, sales support, and aftersales coordination. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can work efficiently across departments to ensure smooth internal workflows and exceptional customer service. You will be a key contributor to maintaining operational excellence and supporting the company’s commitment to delivering premium marine solutions across the Asia-Pacific region.
Responsibilities
Manage all administrative functions across office operations, sales support, and aftersales coordination
Oversee general office administration including supplies management, document filing, scheduling, and correspondence
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating client appointments
Assist the aftersales team by managing service bookings, warranty documentation, customer follow-ups, and service records
Maintain accurate and organized records for inventory, invoicing, and internal reporting
Liaise with internal departments including finance, technical, and marketing to ensure smooth operational workflows
Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and customer handovers
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all administrative activities
Provide general support to the Country Manager and contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes
Requirements
Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the marine, automotive, or dealership industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Valid driver’s license is an advantage
