Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Brisbane Area for an Admin Support Officer. The primary responsibilities include providing administrative support to the team, managing communications with clients and stakeholders, organising and maintaining records, and assisting with customer service inquiries. Additional duties may include coordinating workflows and addressing administrative needs promptly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property matters, with a strong focus on maintenance and repairs.
  • Respond to client requests and coordinate appropriate works.
  • Source and review contractor quotes, ensuring clarity of scope and value for money.
  • Prepare and issue work orders, monitor progress, and oversee completion of works.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and beneficiaries to arrange and follow up property tasks.
  • Review invoices and prepare supporting documentation for client approval.
  • Maintain accurate records across client systems and internal trackers.
  • Provide clear written recommendations where multiple options exist.
  • Provide support in end to end sales process, and more complex projects as you develop in the role.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in General Administration and Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Exceptional Organisation Skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is a plus
  • Certifications in business administration or related fields are advantageous
