ABOUT PARAMOUNT BUILDERS
At Paramount Builders, we are a dynamic and fast-growing organization that operates in the construction industry, specializing in custom homes and commercial projects. We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering exceptional services and products to our clients.
HOURS
Part-Time (20-25 hrs/week) or Full-Time (40 hrs/week). If Full-Time, the role will include bookkeeping duties as assigned.
PREFERRED SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred).
Proven experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or bookkeeping assistant.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States

YOUR SEAT RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception Rockstar – You’re the friendly face and welcoming voice of our team. Greet everyone who walks through our doors with warmth and professionalism. Master the phone lines, handling calls, messages, and inquiries like a pro. Keep the reception area spotless and stocked and take charge of incoming deliveries and office supplies.
Admin Dynamo – Be the go-to for keeping our office running smoothly. Keep things organized by staying on top of data entry, filing, and managing important documents. Keep our supplies in check and make sure we’re always prepared (and have snacks stocked!). Be the essential support for management and staff, stepping in whenever needed.
Numbers Ninja – Team up with accounting to make numbers work! Assist with processing invoices and managing financial records. Dive into accounts payable and receivable tasks with precision. Keep expense tracking tight and support bank reconciliations with your keen eye for detail.
No Job is Too Big (or Small) – You help with the day-to-day support, leaving the executive team to focus more on higher level vision, strategy and big items.
