Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Admin to join our team on a part-time basis at our Watford office. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, managing records, and supporting our operational efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing tech company while developing expertise in compliance and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain compliance records in line with UK Home Office regulations.
Send out smart notifications and reminders for document renewals and compliance deadlines.
Oversee and coordinate employee onboarding procedures, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and securely.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our data management systems.
Ensure adherence to data security and confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure seamless operations.
Provide administrative support and address ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proven experience in record-keeping, compliance management, or a similar administrative role.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Proficiency in office software and data management systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, cloud-based tools).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in immigration regulations or HR administration is a significant advantage.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required.
