Office Manager/Scheduling Coordinator

Job Description

Answering phones giving exceptional customer service
Communicate with clients for scheduling and organization
Filling customer orders and fielding inbound sales calls
Running schedules for jobs in coordination with the Operations Manager
Organizing routes for optimum service and timeliness
Coordinate activities for all company departments: owners, sales teams, multiple technicians, and supplementary office help
Adapt some customers orders for field technician.
Coordinate with Outside Bookkeeping Service to make sure books stay on track.
Send invoices and follow up on payments.

Skills & Responsibilities

Customer Service Experience in a phone based role preferred
Geographical knowledge of New England, Massachusetts and Rhode Island communities and knowledge of the traffic patterns in order to schedule commitments for customer needs would be helpful
Good administrative and technical skills with the ability to type quickly and accurately while on phone to document calls
Proven organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to balance several tasks with ease while having a focus on quality
Sales experience with ability to overcome objections helpful
Ability to be at work when scheduled. Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
