We are seeking a strong administrative professional with great communication skills to join our team as an HR and Office Administrator. This is an excellent associate-level opportunity to develop your skills in the rapidly growing telecom industry.
Please note that this is a FULL-TIME, ONSITE ONLY position.

What You’ll Do:
Human Resources part will include:
Maintaining employee records and HR database.
Enforcing company policies and procedures.
Ensuring legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Posting job openings, sourcing candidates and screening candidates’ resumes.
Coordinating pre-employment and onboarding processes.
Assisting with payroll submission.
Managing Time & Attendance entries and time off requests.
Addressing employee concerns and assisting management in resolving conflicts.
Fostering a positive workplace culture and safety environment.
Coordinating employee benefits enrollments.
Coordinating employee training.
Supporting managers in employee related administrative tasks.
Preparing requested headcount and payroll reports.
Administering company-wide communication and memos.
Administrative duties will include:
Assisting company’s CEO with various administrative duties
Assisting with the office supplies ordering and distribution.
Assisting with the office maintenance and facility workorders.
Coordinating office lunches and company events.
Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
What You Bring To The Table:
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
Minimum of 3 years of basic HR experience.
Payroll experience is preferred.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Must know basic Excel and Outlook.
A service-oriented mindset is a must.
Associate level degree is preferred but not required.
