Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation
Process invoices, payments, and other critical administrative paperwork
Provide customer service support and address inquiries
Assist with data entry and updating company databases
Support office staff with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Required Skills
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
