We are seeking a detail-oriented Clerk Typist to join our team. The Clerk Typist will be responsible for inputting data into our system as well as performing other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Clerk Typist Duties and Responsibilities:
Entering data into our system accurately and efficiently
Maintaining records of data entry transactions
Researching and resolving discrepancies in data
Preparing reports and documents based on collected data
Organizing and filing documents
Answering phone calls and emails
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Clerk Typist Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry or related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently and efficiently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to maintain confidentiality
