Administrative Analyst III Jobs in Bakersfield, CA at City of Bakersfield, CA

As the Food & Beverage (F&B) Administrative Assistant you will work directly with the F&B management team in performing the day to day department operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide the highest level of customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
Administrative office responsibilities to include, person to person, phone and email correspondence
Carry out day to day administrative duties as required
Compile and maintain schedule of events & functions
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Act as the initial point of contact for event & function bookings
Ensure distribution of F&B communications
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Process all F&B inventory and supply invoices
Assist in the compilation and maintenance of inventory reports
Coordinate and maintain resident records for rewards programs
Maintain up-to-date information to be posted on company and community website

Qualifications:

Computer proficiency required to included Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Proven skills or the willingness to be trained in the administration of F&B operations
A positive attitude combined with the ability to communicate proactively and relate well to residents, employees, and vendors
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
Driver’s license
Must successfully complete a background and drug screening
Two years related experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
