Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Part-time/Full-time Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a civil and environmental consulting firm located in the Pittsburgh area. This position will provide you with a great opportunity to be part of some of the most significant engineering projects in our region. We offer a flexible work schedule and benefits. Compensation will be based on experience level.

Responsibilities

Managing employee timesheets and expense reports
Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assisting with the preparation of invoices and other financial reports
Monitoring employee benefits and insurance
Adhering to confidentiality of company information and personnel records
Assisting the Senior Financial Administrator with general office administrative activities
Qualifications

Associates Degree or related business experience
Proficient in Quick Books and MS Excel
Detailed-oriented and high level of organizational skills
Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Interpersonal skills to communicate with managers, staff, clients, and vendors
Team player
