Job Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for daily processing of vendor invoices and assisting all other assigned accounting responsibilities and projects. The functions of the position serve as valuable support for the accounting department. This position reports directly to the CFO.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Daily processing of incoming mail
Daily data entry of vendor entry of vendor invoices and credits
Issuance of vendor lien waivers
Processing of vendor checks
Preparing outgoing checks to vendors
Retrieval of online bills from various vendors
Communicating with vendors and property staff
Process City of Norman water bills and resident adjustments
Preparation of Quarterly Reserves for lenders
Assis with Property tax related items
MUB Billings
Process tenant deactivations
Process intercompany related billing and credits
Required Skills/Abilities:
Data Entry experience
Proficiency in account reconciliations
Excellent computer skills
Very strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Must be very detail oriented and can multi-task
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Education and Experience:
At least two years of related experience required
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
