Position Overview:
The HR Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the HR department by assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and helping with benefits administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a strong interest in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and processing new hire paperwork.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.
Support the HR team with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
Prepare HR-related documentation, such as employee contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary records.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing HR documentation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus).
1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Positive, proactive attitude and a team player.
Ability to adapt to new systems and learn quickly.
