Job Description

What will you be doing?

As an Administrative and Stakeholder Coordinator, you will join the Templecombe team to support our activities within the Defence sector.

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual tojoin our teamas an Administrative and Stakeholder Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing various administrative tasks, handlingcommunicationwith suppliers, and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and stakeholder interactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellentcommunication skills,attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

SupplierCommunication:Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, maintaining positive relationships, and facilitating smoothcommunicationregarding orders, deliveries, and any issues that may arise.

Stakeholder Management:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide necessary support to ensure their satisfaction.

Meeting Support:
Assist in the organization and execution of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Configuration Management:
Coordinate the management of configurations, ensuring that documentation is accurately maintained, updated, and accessible to relevant parties.

Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the team, including managing correspondence, maintaining files, and handling other tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations.

Experience, skills and qualifications required:

Previous experience in administrative roles or similar positions.

Strongcommunication skills, both verbal and written.

Excellent organizational abilities with a keenattention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Experience with stakeholder management and suppliercommunicationpreferred.

British Citizen with ability to achieve Security clearance

Able to be onsite in Templecombe 4 days a week
