Role Description

Additional responsibilities include providing clerical support to executives, answering and directing phone calls professionally, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for organizing, scheduling, and maintaining office procedures.
  • Strong Communication and professional Phone Etiquette skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and clients.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, with the ability to support senior-level staff and manage confidential tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
