Primary Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service
Closely work with other departments to manage and set daily schedules using Google Calendar
Send out email and written correspondence
Answering Phones, taking messages, and handling correspondence
Document calls in the system
Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals
Dispatch lead calls and job referrals
Track pending lead calls and job referral follow-up
Typing & preparing reports
Managing Databases
Filing
Perform detailed and accurate data entry
Assist other departments, as needed
perform general administration
Position Requirements
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to multi-task
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software
Experience in the service industry environment is a plus
This is a largely sedentary role in an office environment. However, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
