Teramir Group is looking for a skilled Administrative Office Manager for their Kissimmee office. The Company has just started construction on a mega project near Disney World. Responsibilities

Provide support to management and each department, ensuring smooth daily operations
Organize and maintain an efficient filing system
Monitor company activities, ensuring compliance with office protocols and operational procedures
Manage office inventory, order supplies, and maintain office equipment
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
Track business transactions
Facilitate new employee onboarding
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Manage company expenses, including invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely processing
Regularly update and create internal documentation, templates, and software tools to enhance operational efficiency
Promptly respond to incoming emails, addressing inquiries and communications in a timely manner
Prepare and distribute team meeting agendas in advance
Upload and categorize documents in an organized, easily accessible filing system
Provide support in marketing initiatives, contributing to the company’s promotional and outreach efforts
Maintain professional correspondence with real estate agents, brokerages, lawyers, contractors, and tradespeople, ensuring clear and effective communication

Qualifications

2+ years in office administration/management or similar role, preferably in real estate
Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Teams, Zoom, Canva, DocuSign, HubSpot and Box
Previous experience in real estate preferred
High level of initiative and attention-to-detail
Strong team player
Professional and approachable demeanor
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Software literate
Collaborative, customer-focused, and able to meet deadlines
Strong understanding of agreements and other legal documents
Bonus /QuickBooks, CRM Software, and Conveyancing/Legal Assistance
