The Position:

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the office. The Administrative Assistant lends administrative support to the Reimbursement and Accounting departments. Responsibilities Include:

Manage facilities projects relative to vendor interactions, proposals, coordination and completion
Work to establish national pricing with selected vendors and ensure that executed agreements are on file and up-to-date
Back up to and management of the Office Assistant
Performs duties for the Marketing department including mail merges, document formatting using Publisher and Word, editing marketing material using Adobe Acrobat, managing spreadsheets using Excel.
Prepares tradeshow shipments/packages sales materials
Performs duties for the Human Resources department including data entry (HRIS & Payroll), filing of confidential documents
Supporting the Recruiting function
Maintain organizational charts and job description database
Perform duties for the Reimbursement department including data entry of payer contracts into billing system
Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Must be able to work Full-time, 40 hours a week in-office, Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5pm
Prefer Medical Administrative Assistant experience
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years administrative experience, preferably in office management (medical field)
High School Diploma or Equivalent, BA preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent writing and communication skills
SalesForce.com experience a plus
Human Resources & Marketing experience a plus
