Description:
An individual employed to assist in the activities of the administrator, staff, volunteers, patients and families of Home Health. This involves the performance of a variety of clerical and operational support duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions
Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with all individuals.
Maintains a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
Responsible for on-call services, as assigned.
Maintains records associated with Home Health: medical equipment and supplies, pharmaceuticals, levels of service, and coordinates with the appropriate vendor or billing personnel when needed.
Assists with the referral/ admission/ discharge process flows as it relates to medical records, care and services.
Maintain and support office operations including office supplies and forms, admission packets, forms, and computer/ technology support.
Performs other similar duties, as needed.

Salary: $18-20 per hour

Experience and Training
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Medical administration experience preferred.
Education in office administration preferred.
One year of experience in a related field preferred.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite of platforms.
