We are looking for a Loan Processor to support U.S.-based loan operations, with a strong focus on documentation follow‑up, organization, and continuous communication.

🔹 Work modality: 100% Remote

🔹 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (EST)

🔹 Engagement type: Independent

🔹 Equipment: Company‑provided equipment

📝 Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and review loan documentation (income, assets, and credit).
  • Follow up with borrowers to obtain missing information or documents.
  • Maintain accurate, well‑organized loan files.
  • Support loan officers with data entry and loan status updates.
  • Upload and manage documentation within CRM systems.
  • Ensure loans move efficiently through the pipeline.

Profile Requirements:

  • Background in collections, administrative roles, financial customer service, or back‑office support.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent follow‑up and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems.
  • Advanced English level (C1 – required).
  • Experience in U.S. real estate or mortgage processes is a plus, but not required.
