Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Assistant to support our property management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently. This role involves managing homeowner communications, controlling property access, and assisting with various office management duties to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing homeowner inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate property records
Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up with vendors as necessary.
Support the onsite restaurant with making dining reservations
Organize and maintain office files, both electronic and physical.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to property management.
Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant Manager

Requirements

Proficient in computer applications such as Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with homeowners and vendors.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in customer support or similar roles is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

4 hour shift
8 hour shift
