We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support employee engagement activities, manage daily administrative tasks, and drive effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and lead company events, employee recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.

Manage administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Act as the site’s public relations liaison, partnering with HR, operations, and talent acquisition.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents using Microsoft Office.

Support onboarding, ordering supplies, and maintaining office operations.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, event planning, or customer service.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive responses and facilitate engagement.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Workday, Concur, and Kronos is a plus.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, HR, Business, or related field preferred.
