ROLE:

The Associate Financial Representative supports advisors through three core functions: advisor operations, case design & preparation, and client communication & service. A strong candidate for this role will have a high sense of follow-through, ability to work well with others, great attention to detail, and capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while being effective and timely. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advisor Support:

· Input data, prepare proposals, and gather required information in support of the advisor.

· Submit investment and insurance requests to the planning department while checking for accuracy and completion.

· Contact clients, prospects, and centers of influence to schedule appointments and support referral efforts.

Case Design & Preparation:

· Build and maintain feed lists in preparation for client meetings.

· Complete all case prep, illustrations, and supporting documentation.

· Create clear and concise executive summaries for each client household.

Client Service Support:

· Assist clients with rollover calls and related account transitions.

· Meet with clients to gather required information to initiate the financial planning process.

· Complete all onboarding paperwork in a timely manner to open investment accounts and insurance policies.

RESULTS:

• 40 dials a day.

• All closing meetings have case prep and illustrations completed prior to meeting with client.

• Client accounts and insurance policies are opened accurately and timely.

Qualification Criteria:

· Bachelor’s Degree; strongly preferred

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to maintain confidentiality

· Demonstrated organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

· Interest in learning on a continuous basis, with a high degree of initiative

· Ability to embrace change, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work both independently and in a team

· Demonstrated leadership to motivate and hold others accountable

Location: 5 days in Carmel office

Salary: 45-55k
