The administrative assistant will be responsible assisting with all aspects of our quotes department, including tracking open quotes and due dates of the quote, assisting in vendor correspondence and data analysis, spreadsheet generation for each quote, heavy data entry of quotes details, and other functions to assist the quoting process.. This position requires someone with strong organizational skills that can multi-task to efficiently meet company needs on a daily basis, strong computer and Excel background, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years prior office experience in the oilfield supply industry and the ability to interact with vendors and employees at multiple levels.
