Role Description
This is a casual on-site role for an Admin Assistant at The House of Life located in Armadale, VIC. The Assistant will provide administrative and social media support such as managing schedules, handling inquiries, creating content and assisting with sales and events, up to 3 days/ week.
Who you are:
Strong organisational skills and someone who takes initiative
Excellent communication skills
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using booking systems, MailChimp, Canva, and simple website updates.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Managing client bookings & inquiries with warmth and efficiency
• Assisting with product developlment, ingredient sourcing & inventory management
• Supporting marketing efforts (socials, email campaigns, Canva content)
• Problem-solving to optimise operations & enhance customer experience
