Job DescriptionAs an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our administrative processes. You will be responsible not only for payroll-related tasks but also for managing and reporting data on a daily basis. This position requires an self-motivated person, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively with minimal oversight. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the On-Site Building Manager.

Salary Range:The salary for this position is anticipated to range between$20.00-$23.00per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. Essential Job Functions

Independently manage the daily reconciliation and maintenance of the Synerion payroll system.

Take ownership of daily attendance records, managing and reporting attendance data independently.

Independently maintain Stafftrack schedules and rosters, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Utilize reporting tools from Stafftrack for various reporting needs.

Handle payroll-related tasks, including processing and verification. Address discrepancies and ensure payroll accuracy with minimal oversight.

Generate and compile various daily reports, including ITC report, Productivity, Volumes, Headcount, Orientation, etc.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of reported data.

Collaborate with the HR department to assist in the coordination and administration of new hire training programs.

Utilize advanced Excel functions such as formulas, Pivot tables, and vLookup. Extract and manipulate data efficiently.

Create and maintain presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Ensure presentations are visually appealing and effectively convey information.

Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests and assist in generating reports for special projects.

Contribute to special projects as needed, providing administrative support and coordination.

Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience

Some college education preferred

Excel certificates are beneficial
