Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based at the Suwanee, GA office. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, handle clerical duties, and maintain effective communication with clients and team members. The individual will ensure efficient office operations, assist executives, and provide a professional and welcoming environment for both clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, organize documents, and support office operations effectively.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, ensuring professional and courteous interactions with clients and team members.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance for supporting senior leaders and managing complex responsibilities.
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency in office software tools, such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in financial services or related industries is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
