Medical Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a medical office or healthcare facility. This role combines administrative, clerical, and managerial tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. This includes overseeing patient intake, appointment scheduling, billing/coding, maintaining patient records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. This individual will serve as the point of contact between patients and the healthcare providers.
