We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team. Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional customer support to clients and visitors.
Schedule appointments.
Accounts Payable.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Communicating with automotive insurance companies regarding estimates.
Ordering and returning vehicle parts.
Support personal assistant tasks for executives or team members as directed.
Maintain an organized workspace to enhance productivity.
Experience
Previous experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with customer support practices.
Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous for effective communication with diverse clientele.
Proficient typing skills and experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize workload effectively.
