About The Company

Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle. The Administrative Assistant will support the investment banking team at the firm.

Responsibilities

Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings for both internal and external stakeholders

Arrange Zoom meetings and conference calls

Reserve conference rooms including catering and audio visual needs

Schedule and plan complex travel itinerary and coordinate with multiple internal and external assistants

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

Prepare and submit monthly expenses through Concur and monitor corporate card payments

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required

5-10 years of experience as an administrative assistant

Experience working in an investment banking environment preferred

Highly organized and efficient

Possess excellent discretion regarding sensitive and confidential information

Experience scheduling across multiple time zones a must

Salary Range

$90,000-$110,000
