About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and versatileAdministrative Assistant to support our daily operations and contribute to the smooth running of both office administration and basic IT coordination. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for day-to-day needs and is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration:

Manage general office operations including filing, scanning, procurement, and inventory of office supplies

Liaise with vendors for services such as background verification checks for former employees

Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes including desk setups, ID coordination, and documentation

Coordinate office activities, meetings, and internal events

Maintain and update administrative records and ensure timely submission of reports

IT & Operations Support:

Provide basic IT coordination, including password resets, system logins, and troubleshooting user issues

Assist in the setup and maintenance of office equipment such as laptops, monitors, printers, and other hardware

Maintain IT asset records and help manage software licenses and renewals

Work with external IT vendors to resolve more complex issues and coordinate system upgrades or repairs

Support employees with tools like SharePoint, Google Workspace, and MS Office

Who We’re Looking For:

A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (fresh grads with internship experience welcome)

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint or Google Workspace is a plus

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of office IT systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion
