We are a dynamic investment firm focused on delivering long-term value through disciplined investment strategies and operational excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our legal and operations departments.

Responsibilities:

Assist with drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents

Track contract execution and maintain organized digital and physical files

Manage contract lifecycle including renewals, expirations, and compliance checkpoints

Coordinate internal signatures and communicate with external stakeholders as needed

Maintain accurate records and ensure proper version control of all contract-related documentation

Support administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry

Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and other departments as necessary

Qualifications:

1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in legal, finance, or investment environments

Familiarity with basic legal/contract terminology

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with DocuSign or contract management systems a plus

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting legal, compliance, or contract teams within investment, real estate, or financial services firms

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or related field
