Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, answering and directing calls, creating and maintaining accurate records, producing correspondence and reports, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings, assisting with executing projects, and providing general support to the team.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Clerical Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field is a plus
Relevant experience as an administrative assistant is preferred
