What You Will Do

We have an opportunity for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our Loudon team. This person will support the daily operations of the Loudoun office.

Responsibilities

Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.

Coordinate and place lunch orders for meetings and company events.

Assist in planning and organizing company events, including logistics and vendor coordination.

Support the proposal process by entering and formatting data accurately.

Assist with processing and tracking change orders to ensure timely updates.

Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.

Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required

2+ years prior experience as an office coordinator, admin assistant or relevant role

Skills And Competencies

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent time management skills

Fun and engaging personality
