Responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
  • Handling travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Preparing meeting materials, presentations, and correspondence
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with office coordination, vendor management, and team support initiatives
  • Helping maintain an organized and efficient office environment
  • Managing ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Executive Assistant or administrative experience, preferably within financial services, professional services, or a corporate environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to operate with discretion and professionalism in a fast-paced setting
