Role Description: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee our office operations and provide essential support to our team. The Administrative Manager will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management or administration, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, clients, and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software applications.
A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding solutions and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities as an Administrative Manager at JW Parker, Inc.:
Supervise and coordinate administrative staff, including receptionists, clerical workers, and office assistants, to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including procurement, maintenance, and inventory control.
Oversee administrative processes and procedures, including record-keeping, document management, and data entry, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.
Provide administrative support to various departments, including human resources, finance, and operations, as needed.
